This paper communicates a suitable laboratory protocol for settling the 4 – 11 µm fine grain fraction for OSL dating of archaeological samples from museum artefacts sampled using the minimum extraction technique. It provides a step-by-step methodology to facilitate adapting this protocol for use more broadly and demonstrates its ability to successfully isolate the fine grain fraction from tiny samples.Downloads
